Capital
Investment to support an agreed growth plan.

Business Investment & Strategic Partnerships
We invest in selected businesses with genuine potential. But we're not interested in simply writing a cheque and standing on the sidelines. Where we partner, we can bring capital, commercial experience and access to specialist capabilities designed to help build what comes next.
Capital. Experience. Execution.
The proposition
You've built the business. You've proved there's demand. Getting to the next stage may require more than money.
We selectively partner where our capital, commercial experience and wider capabilities can help build the next stage.
Illustrative framework, not a projection of results.
Money is important
A business can raise money and still face exactly the same problems six months later.
The big difference
DON'T JUST ADD MONEY.
ADD CAPABILITY.
What we bring to the table
Capital is one part of the proposition. We can bring the people and specialist capabilities a growth plan actually requires.
Investment to support an agreed growth plan.
Practical experience building, operating and growing businesses.
People who understand the reality of ownership.
Determine what should happen next and what deserves investment.
Processes, teams, conversion and sales management.
Lead generation, digital marketing and growth channels.
Software, websites, CRM, apps and automation.
Processes, workflows, efficiency and capacity.
Telephony, SMS, email and AI agents.
Email, hosting, domains, DNS and digital foundations.
Dashboards, KPIs and better visibility of performance.
Relevant professional and commercial relationships where appropriate.
80+YEARS
Combined business & entrepreneurial experience
Experience
Our wider team brings more than 80 years of combined experience across business, entrepreneurship and commercial operations.
Our team has experience working with and building businesses across different sectors, with exposure to established and growing businesses.
Entrepreneurs working with entrepreneurs
Running a business is different from analysing one on a spreadsheet. Our approach combines commercial analysis with practical business experience.
BUILT BY ENTREPRENEURS.
FOR ENTREPRENEURS.

Who we're looking for
Selectivity matters. We look primarily for businesses that have already demonstrated something works.
Normally, evidence customers genuinely want what you sell.
Sales, customers, contracts, users or another meaningful indicator.
A credible opportunity to build something stronger.
People who understand the business and want to build.
A reason capital and capability could make a difference.
Healthy unit economics or a credible path to sustainability.
Owners who genuinely want to build.
Honest conversations, transparency and willingness to consider change.
Not just startups
We are particularly interested in businesses that have already demonstrated something works.
What stage are you at?
A useful way to describe where your business stands. Select a stage to explore it.
Proven
We've established that customers want what we sell.
What could investment support?
Every investment decision is individual. Capital should have a defined purpose within an agreed growth plan.
New locations, capacity or geographic growth.
Key hires to support growth.
Systems and infrastructure for greater scale.
Building or expanding a sales operation.
Proven or testable acquisition channels.
Assets needed to increase capacity.
Developing a proven product or service.
Stronger operational infrastructure.
Potential strategic acquisitions where appropriate.
Supporting an agreed growth plan where appropriate.
The partnership model
Where an investment is agreed, we invest capital into the business under an individually negotiated investment structure. In return, we receive an agreed economic interest, which may include equity depending on the agreed transaction.
There is no standard equity percentage or automatic offer. The structure depends on the business, valuation, investment amount, risk, opportunity, existing ownership, growth plan, due diligence, negotiation, and legal and tax advice.
The terms are individual
We win when the business wins
OUR INTERESTS SHOULD BE ALIGNED.
YOUR SUCCESS MATTERS TO US BECAUSE WE'RE INVESTED TOO.
Unlike a conventional loan where the objective is repayment plus financing cost, an equity partnership can align both sides around increasing the long-term value of the business. This does not guarantee results or returns.
More than a cheque
Where relevant, our wider capabilities can be deployed around the investment strategy rather than leaving the founder to find multiple external suppliers.
Passive capital

YOUR BUSINESS
NEXT STAGE
An example 100-day plan
Where appropriate, we establish an initial action plan. The actual plan depends entirely on the business and the investment agreement.
01 / Days 1–30
Financial performance, customers, sales, marketing, people, operations, technology, risks and opportunities.
02 / Days 31–60
What needs investment, fixing or building? What should stop or accelerate? Which KPIs matter?
03 / Days 61–100
Begin implementing agreed priorities and establish a rhythm of review.
Illustrative framework only; not a guaranteed timetable or investment commitment.
Value creation plan
We shouldn't invest simply because a business ‘needs money’. There should be a reason and an agreed way to assess progress.
Increase sales capacity → Measure qualified opportunities and conversion
Reduce administrative workload → Measure operational capacity
Examples only. Objectives depend on the business.
Where are you stuck?
Select the challenges that sound familiar. We'll include them with your pitch.

Numbers matter
We are not expecting every business to be perfect. But we do expect transparency. Deeper financial information may be requested later, not through this initial form.
Due diligence
If discussions progress, we may review relevant information to understand the business, risks and opportunities. Due diligence does not guarantee an investment.
Investment process
A straightforward first pitch. Deeper review only if there appears to be a potential fit.
Tell us about the business.
We assess potential alignment.
Meet the founder or management team.
Explore the numbers, market and plan.
Discuss possible structure if there is mutual interest.
Verify relevant information.
Formal documentation and professional advice.
Capital provided under the agreed transaction.
Work together on the agreed growth plan.
No endless application process
Initially, tell us what you've built, where you are today, where it could go, what's stopping it, how much capital you're looking for and what you would do with it. If there appears to be a fit, we can request deeper information.
Founder relationship
We value transparency, integrity, ambition, commercial thinking, accountability and long-term thinking. We are not looking to tell capable founders how to do every part of their job.
BUILD TOGETHER.
You keep running your business
We are not looking to remove strong founders from businesses they understand. Governance and decision-making depend on the investment agreement.
Our wider capabilities
Our specialist services can support the agreed plan where relevant. The range of capabilities can grow over time.

Explore serviceBusiness experience
Our experience spans different sectors. We share specific businesses and outcomes only with permission and supporting evidence.
Selectivity
Some opportunities are simply not the right match. This is about assessing fit responsibly, not passing judgement on the founder.
Investment is not guaranteed
Submitting an opportunity is not an offer, partnership, commitment to fund or indication that due diligence has been passed.
Equity investment isn't right for every business. If you're looking for business funding while retaining ownership, our separate Business & Asset Finance service may be more appropriate. Any finance introductions are separate from our investment activity; where offered, we act as an introducer, not the lender, subject to the applicable regulatory position.
Investment application
You've already done the hard part — building the business. Tell us what you've created, where it is today and what it could become with the right partner.
You've already built something
NOW LET'S SEE WHAT IT COULD BECOME.
If you've built a business with genuine demand, strong foundations and an opportunity to grow, we're interested in hearing the story. We're looking for businesses where the right partnership could create something bigger.
CAPITAL GETS YOU FURTHER.
THE RIGHT PARTNER CAN CHANGE WHERE YOU'RE GOING.
Capital. Experience. Execution.
