Automotive workshop with people and processes at work

Our Work

We Don't Just Give Advice. We Build Things.

Businesses. Systems. Platforms. Products.

OPTYMISED was built around practical business experience. The work below is a selection of businesses, platforms, systems and products that demonstrate some of the problems we've worked on and the things we've helped build, operate and improve.

This isn't everything we've worked on. It's a selection of work that demonstrates how we think.

Practical experience

Different Businesses. Different Problems. Different Answers.

There isn't one formula for building a better business.

Some businesses need more customers.

Some have leads but don't convert enough.

Some outgrow their operations.

Some are buried in administration.

Some have disconnected software.

Some need new technology or clearer visibility.

And sometimes the original problem isn't the real problem at all.

That's why our work starts with understanding the business.

Selected projects

These examples show different parts of our approach. More work and deeper case studies will be added over time.

A selection, not a complete portfolio.

Live workshopAutomotive service & repair

Jiomtys Auto Centres

From running the garage to redesigning how the garage runs.

Jiomtys is a real operating automotive workshop. Customers, vehicles, technicians, bookings, deadlines, workshop capacity and administration gave the work its starting point. Instead of starting with software, we followed how a customer and a job actually move through the business — then connected the website, workshop and information around that journey.

We didn't start by asking what software the garage needed. We started by asking how the garage actually worked.

Customers, bookings, capacity, technicians, job allocation, administration, communication, management information and customer experience came first. Technology became part of the answer only after understanding the work.

One connected operation

One Customer Journey. One Connected Operation.

The objective was to reduce disconnected processes and let information move with the customer and the job.

In development & awaiting confirmation

AI-assisted customer interaction is rolling out. The current status of customer portal features and split bookings/job cards will be confirmed before they are shown as live here. Splitting work for different technicians is the kind of change driven by an operational need, not a feature list.

From the business to the system

01 / The business problem

02 / The operational question

How should the work actually flow?

03 / The system

Connect booking, workshop, technicians, job cards, CRM and communication.

04 / The data

Access 2 Children

Generating leads is only part of the commercial problem. What happens next matters just as much.

Lead and sales dashboard visual

A connected journey

MarketingLeadsContactConsultationFollow-upEngagement

The business context

Access 2 Children is a service-business example of the relationship between marketing, leads, contact, consultation, follow-up and engagement.

When enquiries exist, understanding what happens between the first contact and a sale can be more valuable than simply increasing marketing spend.

The thinking

More Leads Aren't Always The Answer.

If the sales journey needs attention, extra marketing spend can amplify the underlying problem. Ask what is happening between enquiry and engagement.

Family law support

Parently

Building a service around the customer journey rather than disconnected systems.

A connected journey

The business context

Parently is a technology-led family law support platform connecting digital services, CRM, payments, onboarding, client portals and customer communication.

For a service delivered digitally, the journey doesn't end when someone submits a form. The systems behind the service need to support what comes next.

The thinking

The Website Is Only The Front Door.

The wider experience spans discovery, enquiry, purchase, onboarding, service delivery and ongoing communication. The technology should support the whole journey.

Parently Co-Parenting App

Turning a real-world problem into a mobile-first product.

Mobile app interface visual

The business context

Separate from the Parently family law service, this co-parenting app is designed around shared information, organisation and practical tools for separated parents.

A useful app needs to make the most frequent tasks simple, connect the right information and help people manage communication over time.

The thinking

Start With The User Problem. Then Build The Product.

Product development is more than screens: who needs it, what they do most often, which information must connect and what creates long-term value?

FreshOS

Exploring a more connected way to manage everyday business work.

Business software interface visual

The business context

FreshOS is a separate business software project, showcased here for the experience it represents — not a OPTYMISED product, platform or service.

Business software becomes fragmented when different tools are added for every new problem. How could customer information, communications and daily work connect more naturally?

The thinking

Software Should Reduce Work — Not Create More Of It.

FreshOS explores how connected customer records, communication, tasks and workflows can support everyday business management.

Beyond the projects above

These Are Examples. Not The Entire Story.

The projects above have been selected because they demonstrate different parts of our experience particularly well.

The people behind OPTYMISED have worked across other businesses, projects, industries, systems and commercial challenges over their careers. We'll add more examples and deeper case studies over time.

Different industries. Different challenges. The same starting point: understand what's actually happening.

The range of the work

The Output Changes. The Thinking Doesn't.

A project may touch one area. Another may involve several.

Behind the work

The Finished Product Is Only Part Of The Story.

A website screenshot doesn't explain the business problem behind it. An app screen doesn't explain why a feature exists. Future case studies will look beyond the finished product.

A more connected journey

That's why we don't look at business problems in isolation.

Our approach

We Start With What Isn't Working.

  1. 01

    Understand

    What is happening?

  2. 02

    Question

    Why is it happening?

  3. 03

    Measure

    What does the evidence show?

  4. 04

    Prioritise

    What needs changing?

  5. 05

    Build

What mix of people, process, technology or strategy is needed?

  6. 06

    Implement

Put the change into the business.

  7. 07

    Measure again

    Did it improve?

  8. 08

    Develop

    What comes next?

Don't start with the tool. Start with the problem.

More about how we think

What are you working on?

Your Business Doesn't Need To Look Like These.

You don't need to know whether you need better operations, more customers, new technology, automation or something else entirely. Tell us what's happening and we'll start there.

Your problem just needs to be worth solving.

Start. Operate. Grow. Scale.

Different businesses. Different challenges. Practical solutions built around what the business actually needs.
